Daffodil Day 2018

On Friday August 24, BROWNS took part in raising awareness for Daffodil Day as part of the BROWNS Elevate program. The day is an event organised and facilitated by the Cancer Council to raise money and awareness for vital cancer research. BROWNS students and staff took to wearing yellow shirts, the official Daffodil day colour, and bought daffodils from the many licensed vendors around Brisbane city and in Southport.

Classes on both campuses also focused on the meaning and the  Intensive General English Advanced class on the Gold Coast even organised in class visits to tell other students about the day and what it means.
