BROWNS Elevate – March 2018
In March both campuses got behind the WaterAid project seeking to raise awareness around the number of people worldwide who do not have access to clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.
Students from both campuses were encouraged to wear blue and drink water only from a recyclable water bottle on the day, raising awareness around how many plastic disposable water bottles are bought each day.
Classes were encouraged to share their activities via photos with BROWNS. As a result, BROWNS donated to WaterAid an amount that is able to allow a water tank reservoir to be built that can cater for 3 people in an improvised community.
