BROWNS English Language School’s famous Barista@BROWNS program on the Gold Coast is full of practical activities! Our students get to learn the latest in coffee trends and see “behind the scenes” of this booming industry in Australia.

This week, we had another wonderful excursion to Merlo Coffee Roasting Company in Ferry Road Markets. All our students agreed – it was an “outstanding experience”! The ability to see the practical world lets students see how they can apply their learning, it’s very educational and a great way to review coffee brewing methods and vocabulary learnt from the course.
