PROFILE – HIGH SCHOOL PREPARATION GOLD COAST STUDENT

Ricky (Seungho) has been studying in our  High School Preparation (HSP) program for 6 months, with the hopes of continuing on to St Stephens College. Ricky is from South Korea.

 

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT STUDYING AT BROWNS?

“Meeting students from other countries. Most of my friends are Chinese and I come from Korea. We have students in my class from Vietnam and Japan as well. We get to exchange our own cultures and languages, while we learn English in class.”

Since I came to BROWNS, I’ve made so many international friends.”

 

HOW HAS STUDYING AT BROWNS HELPED YOU?

“My speaking has improved so quickly. I’ve noticed a big difference since my first day here.”

 

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT BEING A GLOBAL STUDENT?

“Leaving Jamsil, Seoul and now living in the Gold Coast, Australia and seeing the beautiful view every day. The Gold Coast has so many beautiful beaches.

I’m also so excited to attend a private high school in Australia. After I finish studying at BROWNS, I am excited to begin another new journey.”
