Yesterday 30 High School Preparation students spent 30 minutes learning more about the great work the RSPCA does in the community. Presenter Michael Beatty informed the students using PowerPoint and videos and real life examples of how animals are taken in, cared for and rehomed in Brisbane. Several students approached Michael at the end to learn more about volunteering. This is a great example of how BROWNS taps into the community to educate its students on becoming responsible citizens of the future.
