Hi, my name is Micka and in this vlog (click here) I will take you through a typical day in my life as an international student from France living on the Gold Coast.

First, I wake up early in the morning and start the day with breakfast, usually yogurt with nuts and seeds. After breakfast, I get ready before walking to the tram stop. It’s then just a short trip to my English school (BROWNS English Language School).

Once I am on campus, I attend my classes and catch up with classmates from many different countries around the world. It’s always interesting to hear their perspective on various topics.

After class, I like to explore and take photos, or hang out with friends. The Gold Coast Student Hub is a great community space open to all Gold Coast students. They offer free support & events, you can grab a free coffee and hang out with other international and Australian students.

Overall, being an international student on the Gold Coast has been an incredible experience. I’ve made many new friends, explored this beautiful city, and learned so much both inside and outside the classroom. I hope you enjoyed watching this vlog and getting a glimpse into my life.
