Hi everyone, I am Claire and I am the Student Success Officer at BROWNS English Language School‘s Gold Coast campus.
If you study at or visit BROWNS Gold Coast campus, I am one of the first faces you will see, and I am always around the campus to help our students or to have a chat.
My role is to make sure all our students have a great time with us at BROWNS and assist them in their life in Australia.
Before BROWNS, I studied my Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Counselling/Psychotherapy in Melbourne. I have been working in both the Mental Health and Education industry for the past eight years.
I joined the team at BROWNS after moving to the Gold Coast from Melbourne, as I was looking for a new adventure where I could meet new people and have fun every day. I couldn’t have found a more perfect place for this experience than at BROWNS.
I am lucky enough to get to meet new people from all over the world every day and help provide the best experience for them in Australia. A great part of my role is getting to know all of our incredible students while watching them improve their English. Being able to support our students while they are in Australia is such an amazing experience that I am grateful to be a part of.
Another huge part of my role at BROWNS is providing fun and exciting activities for our students every day. These activities help our students get to know each other and try new things together while on the Gold Coast.
My favorite part of working at BROWNS is watching our students become great friends and to be a part of a community of staff and students that feels like one big family.
I hope that anyone who wishes to study English in Queensland, Australia has an experience like BROWNS, as it is a wonderful place to learn and create lifelong memories.
